What are the dental braces?

Dental braces are dental or orthopaedic devices or mouth appliances that are primarily responsible for straightening out curved teeth or malocclusions. Braces may be used to fix slightly crooked smiles, but they are also the primary treatment of choice in the case of more severe problems with teeth alignment. They can make your teeth straighter, so that you do not get an obvious underbite, incisor-bite, or overbite. Patients are familiar with braces, a system of braces and wires used to straighten teeth.

Different types of dental braces

There are a few different types of dental braces that can be recommended for improving your teeth alignment, including traditional metal braces, ceramic braces, lingual braces, gold braces, Damon braces and Invisalign.
