Role Overview

We require a DHA-licensed specialist endodontist to provide microscopic, precise endodontic treatment in a multi-speciality setting. Great position for the clinician who prefers diagnosis-driven dentistry, saves teeth, and doesn't want to be told what treatment to provide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts simple and complex Root Canal Therapy
  • Manage re-treatment and referred endodontic cases
  • If possible, ensure they use state-of-the-art tools, such as an arm that supports digital imaging and endodontic microscopes.
  • Work with prosthodontists, periodontists, and general dentists
  • Counsel patients, clarifying the diagnosis, and with respectful treatment tempered by caution
  • Maintain DHA-compliant clinical documentation and infection control protocols

Requirements

  • MDS in Endodontics
  • Valid DHA License or Eligibility
  • Excellent clinical judgment and communication abilities
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-first dentistry
  • Preference: experience with rotary endodontics and microscopic dentistry

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and front desk management

  • Coordinate insurance, billing, and patient records
  • Keep it private and keep the clinic time running smoothly
  • Help to maintain efficient cross-office functions on a daily basis

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical setting (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in clinic management systems
  • Organized, calm, and patient-focused approach
  • Desired: Filipino applicants (as per clinic communication needs)
